No Dig Live 2024!

SVI is thrilled to share some highlights from No Dig Live 2024, held between 1-3 October at NAEC Stoneleigh Park, Coventry. It was a fantastic event that brought together attendees from various backgrounds. The event is held biennially and features trenchless technology for the utilities industry, each day was filled with engaging indoor and outdoor exhibition stands, insightful presentations, and some great networking opportunities.

Our team had the privilege of exhibiting outdoors and were also lucky enough to display some information about our SMARTester product indoors. We utilised our outdoor stand with a vast range of our products including Pipe Handling, Cutting, and Cracking equipment.

Thanks to our Technical Support team we were able to run live demonstrations with a range of our products including Electric PE Pipe Cutter, Rapid Rotary Cutter, and Perpetual Pipe Pusher – offering a hands-on look at how these tools can make pipe handling and cutting safer and more efficient.

A significant focus this year was on safe practices and technologies within the gas & water sector. We are committed to contributing to these efforts by launching our operator safety range at this event. We gave our visitors a sneak peek at our Coil Control system, designed to work with the 180 Pipe Coil Trailer. This device reduces the risks of handling coiled pipe by removing stored energy, making the process safer for everyone on-site. Plus, our Long Reach Band Cutter was on show, which allows for safe and easy band cutting from a distance – just one more way we’re enhancing safety and efficiency.

No Dig Live was a fantastic opportunity for knowledge exchange and showcasing the technological strides SVI has made in the utility sector. SVI extends a big thanks to the West Trade Group for hosting such a valuable event and looks forward to continuing their long standing loyalty to the event.
