Fitting a hose to the device

Three-step hose fitting sequence
1Align the hose fitting squarely with the hose connector at the top of the device.
2Thread the fitting onto the connector, keeping it straight to avoid cross-threading.
3Continue until the hose is seated and secure.
CautionThe hose connector should only be tightened by hand. Do not over-tighten.

To prevent fire or explosion

  • Do not expose the product to physical damage.
  • Use only manufacturer-approved batteries, correctly installed.
  • Do not expose batteries to excessive heat, sunlight, or fire.
  • Do not use the device with the battery cover removed.

  • Keep the device away from young children.
  • Do not ingest the batteries.
  • Do not use the device in a hot environment or near fire.

Correct use & maintenance

  • Operate only within −20°C to +40°C. Do not obstruct the rear atmospheric vent.
  • Tighten the hose connector by hand only; consult the manufacturer before changing it.
  • Keep away from pressurised water. Do not clean with alcohol or strong fluids.
  • Do not disassemble or service the device (beyond replacing batteries) unless instructed by the manufacturer or a notified body.
