The DECOM 2025 conference, organised by the Nuclear Industry Association, brought together professionals from across the nuclear decommissioning and waste management sector on 15 January 2025 at The International Centre in Telford. The one day event featured presentations and discussions on key topics shaping the future of nuclear decommissioning in the UK, including site developments, supply chain opportunities, skills needs and international perspectives. With delegates from operators, regulators, industry suppliers and consultancy organisations, DECOM 2025 provided a valuable forum for sharing insights, exploring emerging challenges and networking with peers driving progress in the safe and sustainable dismantling of nuclear facilities.
